Today Duke energy had the gas line changed from copper to plastic running into 742 McPherson. I’m sure it has to do with the fact the copper will break down, where PVC pipes will last a very long time. They also put in a new meter. They have been replacing meters in our area with ones that can be read externally – but they haven’t been doing it. I assume it will happen soon.
742 McPherson really is a neat little house at a very reasonable price. Also, the neighbors are wonderful, with a large number of them involved in the ecovillage. It’s a cozy little street to live on.
